I know doing the same prompts every week can be annoying sometimes but this is magically clarifying. The repetition helps you go deeper into the process and makes it easier to LEARN from your process as you go, and the apply those learnings right away. This weekly practices helps me learn so much more, even when I'm just stumbling around trying to find my next steps.

Here are the prompts:

I use these same prompts every week to help me have more clarity, momentum and groundedness on my path.

I just want to note that: I have been experimenting with how I write and schedule these posts. At this point, I am writing well in advance of sharing here. This is just to give me the space in my schedule I need. This is why I am here talking about being in the process of working on the new Un-Sticking Station, but you already got it last week.

This week I am back with a video from the "Weekly Checks Ins From Creative Dreaming in a Dystopia" series this week, sharing more about how I got the ideas to create a new Un-Sticking Station and my process of actually creating them.

The short version is: With the outer world being more unstable, our Inner Work and Dream Work needs to go A LOT DEEPER to create stability.

So I re-did the Un-Sticking Station, I have slowed down the meditations we go on group calls, and will keep watching and shifting as needed to support this change.

There is SO MUCH POSSIBILITY still here for us. But we need to go deeper to find it.

One example is that I write my posts way more in advance now - it doesn't really change what I share here, it just gives me more space to be deeper in my process. What I do is write whenever I feel inspired, and then on Monday morning I go out for coffee, do a little journaling to start my week, then go over my writing from last week, and images from my journals, and put them together into posts that I schedule for the following week. So I am working 1-2 weeks in advance.
