60 second meditation:
This is the part of the 31 days where we start to look ahead to 2024.
Put both hands over your heart, take a deep breath, and send yourself love. Hold your breath for a bit, just feeling your body filled with love, and exhale nice and slow, sinking into your heart.
Keep your breathing nice and deep and slow and focus on sending yourself love, filling your whole body with all the love it can handle.
Being intentional, making plans, thinking about what you want to create in your life - this is all vulnerable work. It’s completely natural for some parts of you to feel afraid or nervous about this. That’s ok! You don’t have to feel totally sure and ready.
Creative Dreaming is a function of healing. Healing will always involve feeling!
So however you feel is perfect AND while making space for all of your feelings see if you can find the most confident part of you to help you answer today’s prompt:
What’s the vibe or big picture vision of what you want in 2024?
