I’ve been helping creative people pursue their dreams since 2008.
In that time I have developed a BONE DEEP TRUST in dreams, and dreamers. Your dream is your dream for a reason. And you are dreaming of it NOW for a reason. You DO have the inner wisdom, creativity, gifts and courage to do this thing. NOW. This is true.
Some parts of this will be HARD and SCARY. This is also true but this truth doesn’t cancel out the first truth. You got this.

The only thing you need to make ANY dream happen is…. a three pronged approach.
From 2016-2019 I developed a whole new framework for Creative Dreaming, it’s called Creative Dream Alchemy: the art and magic of using what you have to create what you want.
What you have can be a dream you care about, some vague ideas about how to make it happen and a boatload of self doubt or fear. You can have not enough time, not enough money and not enough support. Work with me and these will become the raw materials you use to build the path that leads to your dream.
This means: You can be a mess, your life can be a mess, you can be afraid and not know what to do... and as long as you show up, you can still get to your dream.
This is the Creative Dream Alchemy three prong approach:
Dream Work is all about the inner growth process of becoming the version of you who has your dream.
MIRACLES! No one wants to feel their feelings, but focused Inner Work WILL generate the miracles you need to make this thing happen.
Outer Work includes brainstorming, planning, researching and learning. You don't already have to know how to do this, or feel ready to act! You get there by engaging with your dream NOW.
Over 90% of the time when you feel stuck with your dreams… you’re only actually stuck with the Outer Work.
Meanwhile, there are a gazillion things you can do with the Dream Work and Inner Work that will get things moving.
This will happen both in a practical sense AND in an alchemical/magical sense. Obstacles you think will be there forever will melt in front of your eyes and new possibilities will open up.

People say it’s like having me right there with them, showing them the secrets of creative dreaming. I'll show you how to set up your own Dream Book, which is a way of journaling that helps you navigate inner and outer work of making your dream happen.
And we do live coaching and healing circles on Zoom!
Every month there is an intention setting call right before the new moon, where we do a process together to figure out with you want to focus on for the next month. Then we do coaching and Q+A - my goal is that at the end of the call everyone knows what they want to focus on AND has some practices that are going to help them be able to do what you want to do over the next month.
And we have regular Marketing as a Creative + Spiritual Practice call. We do talk about tactics and strategy sometimes, but mostly these calls are a place to focus on the inner and creative work of SHARING YOUR GIFTS.
Most Fridays we have a call for co-working, connecting and coaching, and I add other calls or change the schedule around depending on the needs of the group.
Most of our calls happen at 1:00 pm Central, North America - you'll have access to our Google Calendar so you can see everything that is coming up and translate it into your own time zone.

The replays are magic too!
This work is SO MUCH EASIER when you do it in community, and I have received consistent feedback that people feel this from the replays as well as the live calls.
If you can attend live of course that's amazing that we get to hang out and you can ask questions in real time. But I want to make sure you are getting what you need from the group if you can come to the live calls or not - so there is also a forum where you can post thoughts, ideas and questions while watching replays.
Some people prefer the replays, because you can pause the meditations to explore some prompts more deeply and give yourself more time wherever you need it.
The membership is set up with creatives in mind!
You have a lot of freedom in how you move through the membership AND there is structure to help you get the most out of it.
And NOTHING in mandatory! Just do the parts that appeal to you.
Some people just do the live coaching calls and healing circles, some people focus on the pre-recorded program content. It’s really up to you. You can receive 2-3 emails per week guiding you through the program content OR you can turn off the emails and go through it on your own time using the checklist on the website.

Here's what you need as a minimum to get started:
1 hour per week or every other week to listen to replays from our coaching calls while folding laundry, having your Sunday morning coffee or tea or whatever you want - this is enough to get you seeing your path in whole new ways!
Since this is an ALCHEMICAL CONTAINER, stepping into it will change things and before you know it you'll be engaging with your dream in new ways.
Here's everything you would need to make the absolute most of this:
- A computer or mobile device with an internet connection to access video lessons and meditations and download worksheets.
- A journal: ANY kind of notebook, whatever you like to use. I do suggest something on the larger side, like printer paper sized, to give you enough space for the processes you'll be doing. But of your muse prefers a smaller notebook then by all means!
- Some time every week: how much time is ENTIRELY up to you. 1-2 hours a week is ideal, but if you have less time you can still use the time you have to make progress with your dream. A lot of us find that when we spend more time doing the Dream Work, we actually end up more productive with the Outer Work. And in all honestly - even just giving your dream 1 hour or less a week moves you forward so much faster than "waiting to have enough time" ever will.
- OPTIONAL: printer, scissors + glue for printing out the printables and glueing them into your journal. If you're not a printables person you can use my worksheets as guides and just do the work in your journal. There are also printable bundles with a whole month's worth of printables, which makes it easier to print everything at once, if you are using a print shop.
