Our last New Moon call was intense for me.

A new intention came out of that meditation: to go DEEP into inner CREATIVITY + EXPLORATION, not quite inner WORK. Of course it’s connected to inner work, it felt like bringing the joy of exploration and expression deeper into my inner landscape.

And, when this came to me, I had an idea of what it would look like - the kind of art I would make.

I was super wrong.

I haven’t made much art, but I have brought a new level of curiosity and non-judgement into how I engage with my inner world. Which has been so difficult AND rewarding.

Some months I know EXACTLY what intention I want to set.

Some months I have no clue.

But showing up and setting an intention every month, doing the meditation to really LISTEN to myself, always brings me something good. It keeps me moving along the path and not staying stagnant anywhere.
