Usually a lack of focus and/or motivation means fears/inner critics have taken the lead, and your focus/motivation become buried under fears and limiting patterns.
By working with the fear/inner critic you can shift the pattern and uncover focus and motivation within you.
I do have a You Tube video on my blog about how to know which dream to pursue now.
Here's how the Creative Dream Incubator can help:
This is a part of the Map of the Creative Dream Circle. The linked content will only be accessible to Circle members.
Focus Pocus! Creative Support Group for finding and maintaining focus. This is a 21 day program but you can do it as often as you like.
Dream Book! Making the Inner Work a regular practice means this hidden stuff that holds you back is NOT so hidden 😉
I think the most helpful thing to do is bring your lack of focus/motivation (or the part of you who is afraid of or resisting getting focused) into the Un-Sticking Station to see what happens with it.
Choosing and setting your intention class.
Understanding and Overcoming Procrastination group call.
Your membership give you access to ALL of my classes - the Netflix of Creative Dreams!
They are all listed on your personal dashboard which shows you how much of each class you have completed (that feature only works if you are using the check boxes to check off your progress as you work through the lessons).
This map, which is really an index, helps you find a class based on what you want to explore and gives some tips + ideas for different ways of working with the material depending on what you want to do.
