60 second meditation:

Hands on heart, take a deep breath and imagine sending yourself love, gentleness and compassion.

Because we want to move into 2024 in the best possible way, we need to tend to and process the hard parts, to make space for healing.

So, keep breathing nice and deep and sending yourself love, gentleness and compassion until you feel ready for today's prompt.

Today’s prompt is:

What was hard in 2023?

As you do this, give yourself space to have your feelings. But let's get a list going because we cannot heal what we cannot feel and without healing these things they are going to impact us and hold us back in 2024 in ways we don't want.

So - be brave! You can do this.
