60 second meditation:

Same meditation as yesterday. Take a deep breath and bring all of your attention inside your body.

Exhale slowly and picture yourself having exactly the 2024 that you want to have. Imagining all of the dreams coming true. 

Keep your breathing  deep and slow, and bring these feelings deep into your body. 

All the feelings of how it will feel to have everything you want in the new year, hold these feelings in your body.

Today’s prompt:

What do you want to stop doing in 2024? How will not having these things in your life make you happier?
