You guys! I did an impossible thing!

You guys! I did an impossible thing!

For the last two years or so, I’ve wanted to do some kind of tele-summit.? I’ve met tons of amazing people online who would be perfect guests and I could see that it would be a great way to grow my audience.

But I haven’t done it.

And every time I thought about doing it, it just somehow ended up at the bottom of my list.

Finally, last year I took some time to think about it because it really didn’t make sense to keep dragging it around at the bottom of my list of ideas.? I mean if I’m not going to do it, let it go, right?

Except, no.? Letting it go didn’t quite feel right even though a part of me was desperate to just stop thinking about this idea.

I was all tangled up about it.? I wanted to do it, but I was also sure that it was impossible.? I’m to introverted ad sensitive and easily exhausted.? I’m not “big” enough.? No one would come anyway, what’s the point?

So I used the Crazy Smart Wisdom Council tool in the Creative Dream Circle to help me get at my inner truth, unobscured by doubt and fear and sad, old stories about limitations and lack.

And my deep down inner truth is that this would be an ideal way for me to open the door wider to let more people into my world.

Which was kind of a surprise because I thought my inner truth would be that I’m too quiet and introverted to do that kind of thing and I should let it go.

Secretly I was hoping my inner truth would lead me to some other way of growing my audience, something that didn’t feel so scary.

Also, I was positive that if I didn’t do it in the way that everyone does it (being pretty pushy about sales towards the end of it with some crazy “buy now or the price doubles!” kind of thing) then it wouldn’t generate sales and it would just cost me a lot of time and money.

But our small selves lie a lot.

At that point, I wasn’t sure when or how I would do it, but I did decide that I would stop listening to my bullshit stories about how I can’t do this.

Fast forward to late last year, when the idea for Grow Your Depth found me.

Now, I am absolutely in love with Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance and all of the miracles it’s going to generate for everyone over the course of the next year.

I am so lit up about this program.

I want to love and celebrate it in the way that it deserves to be loved and celebrated.

And THAT is when I saw the summit in a new light – as a beautiful and bright way of celebrating Grow Your Depth.? Instead of a hype-y “internet summit” I saw it as deep, meaningful conversations.

I felt it as a warm, open doorway to a whole new world of possibility.

Opening the doors and letting you into this amazing community of dreamers and magic-makers that I have discovered on the path to living authentically with my dreams.? And inviting you to explore the possibilities that are truly waiting for you.

So, this part is important: I let my love and enthusiasm for Grow Your Depth be the fuel for the tele-class series.

Too often, when you look at doing something that feels “big and impossible” you’re being fueled by a fear of failure, desire to prove your worth, or the idea that this is what you have to do to get to where you want to be, in a “grin and bear it” kind of way.

Your inner critic is the source of all of those fuels, and as long as your inner critic is fueling you, it’s going to be a bumpy road that is not likely to lead you to where you actually want to be.

When you can shift into allowing love, joy and enthusiasm be your fuel – you step into a totally different story.

Of course, you also need a strong and clear intuitive connection for guidance, which is why I always use the Crazy Smart Wisdom Council in the Creative Dream Circle – to help turn down the volume on doubt, fear and “doing it the way other people say I should” and turn up the volume on my own inner wisdom.

And you need practices that make it easier for you to trust your heart.? And community to support you and your dreams.? All the exact juicy stuff that is a part of Grow Your Depth was exactly what I needed to help me do this in a nurturing, supportive and fun way.

And then you can find nurturing, fun, safe ways to do the impossible thing.

That’s when I decided to let go of my original idea to do this as a “big thing” and instead to it at a size that felt comfortable and do-able to me.

That’s when I narrowed the list of potential guests to mostly people that I knew really well and felt comfortable with, plus a few people that I don’t know quite as well but felt really, really called to invite.

That’s when I saw how I could increase my self-care practices to not just replenish my energies – but stay inspired and happy and optimistic and really really enjoy the experience.

Oh, enjoyment!

See, I had thought that, because this thing felt impossible, that doing it would have to be hard.

And the truth is, I was CRAZY nervous before the first call.? Which is why I had picked Chris Zydel to be my first guest, because having her there made me feel less nervous.

By listening to my intuition and trusting my inspiration, I found that for everything that I thought would be a problem – I found a solution.

And I did get exhausted.? But then I rested and re-fueled.? (I’ve spent most of this weekend painting + sewing and have an Ayurvedic treatment booked for Tuesday to help replenish my energy)

And I also had a lot of fun and had a lot of really gorgeous moments.

I’m so happy and glad that I DID IT.? I did the impossible thing.

And now, the best part, is that I am a person who did this thing that she was sure that she couldn’t do.

That opens up so many more doorways for what I may do next!? Which is the best feeling ever.

It changes how I see myself.? It changes how I feel about myself.? It changes how I see the path in front of me.

Can you feel that?

Can you feel how finding an enjoyable and nourishing way to do the thing you think you can’t do changes your entire experience of yourself, your life and your possibilities?

Can you feel how learning how to heal and transform fear and doubt while learning how to take better care of your creativity and bolster your intuition and inner gifts will change your possibilities?

If you’ve got something you want to do that feels impossible, I want to invite you to join in me Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance.? Together, we can find safe, creative and enjoyable ways for you to move forward into the life you want to be living.

We start Monday, January 19.? But you can join today and get instant access to all of my other courses and give yourself some time to settle into the Circle before we start this new adventure.

Listen in on yesterday’s coaching circle

listen

Yesterday we ended the week of Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance tele-classes with a coaching circle where I talked about whatever people asked me to talk about, which was super fun.

I decided to share it here because I think it’s important for creative dreamers and would-be dreamers to hear this stuff.

(click here to listen to it now)

If you’re holding back from your dreams because you don’t know how – it’s time to start figuring out the how.

If you’re holding back from your dreams because you’re afraid – it’s time to learn how to get better at transforming fear into fuel.

If you’re holding back from your dreams because of all the obstacles in your way – it’s time to learn how to excavate more of your brilliance so you can live from that place where you know that you are more powerful than the obstacles.

These are all learn-able things.

Nobody starts out already knowing, you have to learn them.

I know back when I was super stuck with my dreams I thought things had to change on the outside before I could have what I wanted, and I didn’t know how to change the outer world so I felt powerless and stuck.

I still don’t know how to change the outer world.

But I have discovered that when you get really good at changing your inner world – those things that were stopping you start looking a lot smaller.? And your possibilities start growing bigger.

And that miracles are real, and they live inside of you.

That I can promise you.? You’re sitting on a miracle.? I want to help you open it up and learn how to live inside it.

That’s the ultimate aim of what we want to do in Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance.?

Join us, your miracle is waiting for you.

Hearts + Souls Are Real. Or – How I’m Preparing For Next Week’s Free Tele-Class Series.

So next week I’m hosting free tele-classes all week long!? (Click here for details and to sign up)

freeseries

This week I’m getting all the final details together, which is not my favourite kind of work to do.? I am more about visioning and and planning – sorting out a gazillion details is kind of tiring for me.

So I’m taking it slow – step by step.

I’m connecting often with the heart and soul of the tele-classes – who is sometimes a bouncing heart with wings and sometimes a swirling pink ball of delight.

The heart and soul of the tele-classes is so excited to get YOU excited about your possibilities.

That’s all it wants, and so it doesn’t care so much about the details.

Which is really interesting in those moments when I feel stressed or nervous about those details.

The truth is, I know that even if some things go wrong the calls will be awesome – I mean look at the list of guests!? With them and me and YOU there – we’re obviously going to have a great time.

When I bring my stress and nervousness to the heart and soul of the tele-classes, it just beams love.

It asks me to put down my expectations and let go of the places where I want to control things so I am sure about how they will go and just soften into the experience of it.

And then it reminds me that it’s got this.

Hearts and souls are real.

They are energy fields that we can work with.? (More on this in my free e-course, Give Your Dream Wings)

That we can work WITH.? Meaning – they can do some of the work.

So I’m trusting the energy field to hold the experience of the tele-classes.

This includes holding me as I work out the details.

Holding the guests as they prepare.

Holding you, helping you get what you want and need from the calls.

I don’t have to do it all myself.

The heart and soul of the tele-classes is a powerful energy field that can send me reminders and ease and clarity and whatever else I need.? It’s got everyone’s best interests at heart and knows how to bring itself to life.

I don’t have to do it all myself, in fact it’s better that I don’t.

And every time I feel nervous or stressed it’s because I’m forgetting this.

So I’m going to work on remembering.

Notes from my journal: Transforming Overwhelm

overwhelm

I’m getting everything ready for the Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance Free Tele-Class Series.

Since I need to have a lot of spaciousness in my schedule, I need most of the stuff ready to go before we start on Jan 5 – all the emails with call details scheduled, the pages you go to get the replays, blog posts, etc.

It’s not really that much work, but when I sit down to do it, I get completely overwhelmed by all the details and unknowns.

Yesterday afternoon I ended up watching Love Actually instead.

Today I need to get to work, so I am starting with exploring the overwhelm.

Physically: My heart feels constricted and small and tight. My head goes all fuzzy.? My shoulders get tense.

Emotionally: I just can’t.

So, I set the table and invite the overwhelm to sit down and have tea with me.

Overwhelm shows up as this horrible grey monster with long, sharp, pointy fingers which it wraps around the tiny tea cup to take a delicate sip of rose tea.? Then it digs into the cookies with a big smile.

“Oh thank you, this is so fabulous and delicious.? I could sit here all day.”

Oh, so my overwhelm doesn’t want to get back to work.

“Oh goodness gracious, no!? Work is scary.? Tea is fun.? I vote for fun”

The horrible grey monster is now a cartoon boy with blonde hair, quickly gobbling up the cookies and tea like he can’t get enough.

OK, so it looks like the part of me that is overwhelmed will just do anything to get me to stop working on the work.? I pick up the cartoon boy and put him in a box of calm and he kind of melts into it like he’s got a giant cookie hangover.

I put the box on the table and look at it.? What do I need? What does my overwhelm need?? What does my work need?? It feels like there are too many pieces to juggle, which is, of course, what overwhelm is.

I am sensitive.? I get overwhelmed easily, especially by details.

Do I still want to do this?? I check in with myself and yes I absolutely want to do this.

I invite the heart and soul of the free tele-class series to join me for tea.? It arrives as a queen, who happily sits down across from me, sending some love and compassion to the cartoon boy in the box of calm.

“I know this is a lot of work.? I know it’s out of your comfort zone.? But honey it’s going to be fabulous.”

Her words feel true.? This will be fabulous.? Does that mean that there are fabulous ways for me to take care of myself in the process of doing this fabulous thing?

The queen pops open a bottle of champagne.

Oh, right, she’s celebrating that I saw that if this thing is big and fabulous then my practices and approach need to be big and fabulous as well.

So, how do I fabulously tackle my to-do list?

The queen puts the bottle down and sighs.

OK, right.? Wrong question.

How do I feel fabulous and excited while getting ready to throw this great party?

The champagne is flowing again.

Of course, it’s all in my mindset.? Knowing that it’s easy for me to get overwhelmed by details, it’s important for me to bolster my energy with a positive attitude.? It’s fine that the mundane tasks I have to do are mundane, they don’t need to be fabulous.? I just need to feel fabulous.

I bring that feeling of champagne flowing into my heart and let it circulate through my body.

Yes, this is the energy I want to create from, this is the energy I want to do these tasks from, this is how I want to play with my to-do list for this event.

I’m ready to get to work.

2014 Year In Review

2014

One year ago, I wrote a year in review for 2014 where I explored how I wanted to feel and what I wanted to have accomplished by the end of this year.

At that time, I had this clear and specific goal for what I wanted to do with my business, though pursuing that goal in 2014 led me to discover that I didn’t actually want it.

But when I look back at that year in review I wrote before the year started, I can see that I got all of the things that I REALLY wanted – all of the inner things that I had hoped reaching my goal would bring me.

Which is the perfect example of how your dream is a lighthouse that is leading you home.

Pursing that dream didn’t lead me to getting what I wanted on the outside, but it did lead me to feeling the way I want to feel and experiencing my life and business in the way that I want to experience them.

So it did get to me to exactly where I wanted to be.

I learned to trust myself to take care of myself, in a deeper way.? I can’t really put this one into words to explain how this feels.? Kind of like living on more solid ground.?

I trust myself to take care of myself, to do the things that fill me up and light me up and not feel like I need to deplete myself or do stuff I don’t want to do, in exchange for money or exchange for anything else.

I feel (finally!) integrated in the way of living that I know is right for me – to put self-care first, to keep the well full so I can do my best quality work.? And to trust this to sustain me, even when this looks like lots of picnics and bike rides and not a lot of work happening.

As a person raised in a home full of perfectionism and workaholism, this is quite revolutionary.

I feel quiet and peaceful on the inside.? Like my sense of inner peace grew to take up more space this year.

I turned forty. I stopped colouring my grey hair.? I traded my car for a bike.? I had adventures.? I deepened by creative practices.? I returned to a daily yoga practice.? I went from sewing sometimes, to sewing ALL of my clothes.? I started some big art projects and settled more fully into living in the dream loft and filling it up with my art.

And, obviously, I filled a few journals.

I’m really living the way I want to live and I can’t explain how grateful I am for this.

I mean, I’m still cranky some days.? I get angry and lonely and sad and frustrated and afraid.? Things happened that broke my heart and made me stop believing in myself.

And I deal with the crap and come back to center faster and faster.

And each time I work through that process, I am actually becoming more grounded in my center and so I have come to love and appreciate the cranky times for the un-describable gifts they contain.

In light of all of this, the fact that I didn’t reach my income goal for 2014 seems pretty small.

And the fact that my creative business did generate enough income for me to live the way I want to live in all senses of that and not just in the sense of being able to buy tons of crap, feels pretty fucking amazing.? It feels like success.

Financially – I didn’t go into debt.? I increased my savings – by a small amount, but still.? I’m calling it a win.

And the last few months of this year brought me to what I want for next year: Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance.

I am wildly inspired and deeply terrified as I venture into this new project, which I have found is the exact place I want to be when creating something new – coming from my established strengths while stretching into new territory.

And deeply grateful for the Creative Dream Incubator which holds and sustains it all.? And deeply deeply grateful to each of you.

Wishing you all the best in 2015.

Hello 2018! Creative Journal Prompts for the New Year

journal prompts for the new year

These journal prompts are for playing and creating with.

Use them as little diving boards to dive off into other things to explore ? the most important part of journaling is following your creative impulse, not answering all of the prompts perfectly!

If you feel inspired to – play around with different coloured pens, markers and pencil crayons.?Or use collage or make your own art to illustrate your answers.

When you engage your creativity in your journaling that makes it easier to access your creative genius, the part of you that knows how to bring your dreams to life ? plus it?s more fun that way!

But there are lots of ways to engage your creativity and of course you can also just use pen and paper if that’s what floats your boat.

If getting creative in your journal is new to you and you’d like to try it ? check out?my free art journaling e-course for loads of videos & ideas to help you get started.

The journaling prompts are divided into 2 sections: looking back and looking forward.

Goodbye 2017. Looking back:

What was amazing in 2017?

What did you do in 2017 that you?re proud of?

What did you learn/discover that you want to bring into 2018?

What do you want to leave behind in 2017?

What are you most grateful for about 2017?

How did your dreams grow in 2017?

What did you do to help your dreams grow in 2017?? What worked?? What didn?t work?

How did YOU grow in 2017? What gifts and strengths do you have now that you didn?t have in 2016?

Is there anything you need to do to complete your year? Any unfinished business that you?d like to finish, and leave behind as you move into 2018?

Hello 2018! Looking forward:

Try to list 5-10?things (impossibly big or microscopically small or anything in between) you?d like to have happen in 2018, in each of these different parts of your life:

health
relationships
creativity
purpose/career
money
self-love/self-care
spirituality
happiness
adventure/play

I know that seems like a lot, but the act of listing TONS of things can really open up your sense of possibility. So spend some time with this – I find it’s best to leave this list out somewhere for a week or so, so I keep adding new things as I think of them.

When you’re done go back through your list and imagine how each of these things will make you happier in 2018. If there is anything on your list that won?t truly make you feel happier ? consider crossing it out.

What is your Big Dream for 2018?

Why do you want this?

How will you feel when you have it?

Do you already know how to make this dream real, or is this something you need to learn more about first?

What?s your plan for giving this dream what it needs to thrive in 2018?? Brainstorm 10 things you can try.

What do you want to STOP doing in 2018?? And what are some things you can you do to make that as easy as possible? How will not having these things in your life make you happier?

Then imagine yourself at the end of 2018 (You might want to draw/collage/doodle an image of you from one year from now). ? How are you different?? How did you grow?? What new strengths and skills do you have?? Does you-from-one-year-from-today have any messages or advice for you?

Here?s to a sparkletastic New Year, for all of us.

I’m starting 2018 off right, with the Year of Dreams Dream Planner, Guided Journal and Coloring Book?including a live, online Vision Party (where you’ll map out your vision for 2018) happening on January 9!

Why I’m Not Choosing A Word Of The Year

Why I'm not choosing a word of the year

Of course, if choosing a word of the year works for you then I’m really glad for you.

But this year I’m noticing there is pressure building around this, like we’re supposed to choose a word of the year, like it’s a requirement for living as soulful, awake, creative being.

Well, I don’t want to choose one.

Working with intention is powerful. It’s not something you should do just because everyone else is doing it, or because it’s time to buy a new calendar.

It’s also not something you can always necessarily narrow down to one word.

In fact, narrowing down a whole year to one word can stifle your intention to move forward.

Choosing a word of the year is a way of working with intention and so it’s bigger than your word.? In fact, your word of the year is charged with the energy with which you select it.? Working with intention is a deep and layered practice, and in the act of narrowing it down to one world, you may be working against yourself.

Are you picking a word with the hope that 2015 will go easy on you?? You are filling your intention with your fear that you can’t handle your life.

Are you picking a word with the hope that 2015 will bring you your Big Dream without you specifically naming and claiming the dream directly?? You are filling your intention with your fear that you can’t have your dream.

Are you picking a word with the hope that in 2015 you’ll be happier than you were in 2014?? You are filling your intention with all the un-met grief of the sadness of 2014.

See, WHY you choose your word is every bit as important as WHAT word you choose.

And why you are choosing a word instead of an intention or a goal or a resolution or anything else really matters.

Don’t choose a word of the year just because everyone is doing it!? Look inside your own heart to discover what is right for you.

Intentions thrive on clarity.

The whole process of bringing it down to one word is not necessarily clarity-inducing.? Yes – for some people, in some situations, it’s great.? But as a general thing that everyone does at the end of every year?? No it’s not a great approach.

For me, for 2015, I am not choosing a word.? I am choosing a direction: inward.? Grow your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance.

I’m really ready to go where this takes me, and I know that I have no idea what that even means. I just know that I trust my intuition and I’m in this, like really in this, for the whole process.

If you can’t say that you’re willing to walk through the fire with your word of the year – don’t bother picking it.

Because picking a word and not being willing to stay present with the journey it takes you on is only going to add to your baggage for the next time you want to work with intention.

?Oh remember that time I chose abundance as my word of the year and then wound up in debt? That stuff doesn’t work for me.? <—- this is a form of self-sabotage

Your clear intention will light the path between where you are today and where you want to be.

It won’t necessarily make walking that path a breeze.

It will usually mean walking through a hell of a lot of your own stuff – your own patterns, fears and limiting believes that have so far successfully kept you from having the thing you want.

You’ve got to do the work of shifting all of that stuff INSIDE of you before you’ll ever see anything change on the outside.

Sometimes, when people talk about words of the year, it feels like they’re hoping the word will operate as a hot air balloon that will just gently easily bouncily float them over to what they want.? All that is is another way of breaking your own heart.

Remember that you don’t have to get caught up in the holiday hoopla.? You create your own path.

What is Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation?

What is Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation?

CREATIVE

Creativity is not about making art. In fact a lot of art-making can actually damage your creativity, if you are trying to contort your natural flow of self-expression into some pre-determined shape.

The creativity that we?re working with here is your raw and wild creative essence. It?s about knowing yourself, being yourself and expressing yourself.

It?s about listening to your creativity as it speaks to you through you imagination, and then giving it more room to play.

Yes, you’ll also be encouraged to “get creative” in your journal in whatever way you feel inspired to do – collage, doodling, painting. But it’s definitely not about making your journal look a certain way. It’s totally about embracing and nurturing your creative superpowers – your ability to create your world.

In Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation we use creativity to create new energy patterns in your inner world. This works because energy is directed by intention and creativity is a way of playing with intention.

INTUITIVE

Intuition is the voice of your inner wisdom. Everyone has inner wisdom and so everyone is intuitive. How much of your intuitive wisdom you are able to access in any given moment will depend on how well you?re listening to that voice. It is something that you can get better at simply by working with it more.

For true healing and transformation to occur, you have to be navigating from your own inner wisdom, otherwise you?re just following someone else?s path which can never lead to your healing. This is something you get better at doing the more you practice – and you’ll get lots of tools to help you practice.

Even if you’ve never been intuitive, you don’t have to worry about doing this part wrong. Sometimes “being intuitive” can feel so mysterious but it’s really just about learning how listening to yourself – anyone can do it.

In?Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation we use intuition to lead the process of creating hew energy patterns, because only your intuition knows what is best for you.

HEALING

Healing and Transformation work together, but generally healing comes first as healing creates the space where transformation is possible.

Healing is a balm that reminds you of what is true: you are perfect, whole and complete. You are safe, you are loved and you are capable of anything.

Healing is about bringing the elements of your inner world into a new structure that allows more of the core of who you are to shine out, to bring yourself into greater alignment with your self. It?s never about obliterating any of the beings or elements that live in your inner world.

In?Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation we use healing to dissolve un-helpful patterns and bring you into a place of calm and power, so you can create new patterns.

TRANSFORMATION

Healing is a balm. Transformation is a whole new way of being.

Energy is like water, flowing like a river through the bed. If you move the river bed, you change the way the water flows. Conscious transformation is all about moving the river bed and then planting trees along it to stabilize the banks in their new places.

There is this tug-of-war that happens when you shift into a new way of being, where it?s like you are being bounced back and forth between the old and new ways. Most people tend to give up at this point, and go back to their old ways. Of course you can never go all the way back, you?ll always bring a bit of that transformation with you because being in the process changes you. But you won?t be able to live from your glorious new possibilities if you allow yourself to shift back into your old patterns.

This can be a confusing and difficult time. So if you?re feeling confused and challenged, that means you?re doing it right – remember to be vigilant about giving the transformation what it needs to take root.

In the?Creative + Intuitive Healing + Transformation process, transformation is where you?ll spend most of your time.

I’m excited to dive deeper than ever into all of this in 2015, in Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance

RADICAL healing and transformation

radical

Healing happens all the time. Every time you give space for your actual feelings or are honest with yourself about what you really want or make art or feel love you experience a taste of healing.

RADICAL healing and transformation speaks to working at a deeper level and reaping greater benefits – a healing so complete it transforms you and your whole world.

This is the realm of miracles, enhanced possibility and impossible dreams made manifest.

Because you truly are capable of anything, but you’re going to have to get out of your own way first.

The opposite of radical healing and transformation is spiritual by-pass.

Unfortunately, spiritual by-pass is often mistaken for radical healing and transformation, but it’s just a fancy and spiritual-sounding way of sabotaging your greatest potential.

It’s a really insidious way of sabotaging yourself because it keeps you in denial about what you’re doing which keeps you, and your whole life, in a holding pattern.

Spiritual by-pass means you are using spiritual concepts and ideas to by-pass your actual feelings and experience.? The problem is that you’re not usually aware that you’re doing this, you just think you’re “being spiritual” and “thinking positive”.

Being pulled out of spiritual by-pass is crazy uncomfortable because you are suddenly confronted with all this stuff that you’ve been in denial about, plus you’re confronted with how you’ve been lying to yourself about being in denial, which is embarrassing if you think of yourself as an awake and conscious human being.

It really sucks.? And it’s totally liberating.

Because once you see it you can do something about it.? Once you see it you can see all the ways that you have been in your own way, so you can get out of your way, and get to that place where there is no need to “think positive” because you’re too busy being in love with your life.

RADICAL healing and transformation.

Going in deeper.? Opening up wider.? Surrendering to the process and discovering inner gifts more amazing than you ever thought were possible for you to have.

There is no substitute for living from this place and until you get there your heart is always going to be longing for it.

Though you don’t “get there” of course.

The heart will always continue to lead you towards living on your own edge of RADICAL healing and transformation – just beyond what you think is possible.

Can you see how this transforms not only you – but your whole world?

I wish this for me and for you and for everyone.

But starting with me and you.

Starting with the people who are already connected to their creativity and spirituality.

Starting with the people who are already interested in exploring the fullness of their potential.

This is deep, big, hard work and it’s only for the people who are genuinely ready to dig in.? Starting with us, and digging in deep, we can create a whirlpool of healing and transformation that can eventually engulf the whole world.

This is what I am doing in 2015, in Grow Your Depth, Nurture Your Brilliance.
